It's 2023 and I just found out that I am pregnant for the first time. After taking a quick look through my supplement drawer and reviewing the ingredients the doctor's suggested I avoid, I ended up getting rid of most of the supplements I was taking everyday.

This got me thinking, why do most supplements include 50+ ingredients, and I didn't know what half of them were. Why was there 30 grams of added sugar in an electrolyte mix that I was taking to help me stay hydrated, but instead it was contributing to unwanted weight gain? It was these questions that prompted me to create a brand with ingredients that actually make a difference, with the quality you deserve and can trust, so Braiv was born!
